These “gels” are touted as nature’s version of a gel. They’re made from 100% pure Vermont maple syrup, plain and simple. Seriously, there is nothing else. They are created by boiling maple sap directly from the tree and putting it straight into the package. With roots in the Belgian Stroopwafel, their waffle uses that same pure maple syrup: one of the world's great natural sweeteners.
