The eight compartments on the main body measure 8.25" long, 8.5" wide, and 6" high each, while the two attic apartments are 8.5" long, 4" wide, and 6" high for a different option. The black, plastic floors throughout the item are textured, offering traction for birds, and feature integrated nest bowls to help martins create a sturdy nest. Each door panel swings upward for regular nest checks, and perches on the body offer martins an easily visible resting spot. The white, pitched roof protects the home from the elements, and also ensures the roost remains cool during the hot summer months.
