The Plasma Stencils will guide your hand held plasma cutter to quickly and accurately cut a perfect square. The stencils are offset to precisely cut the indicated size from the center of the arc, this allows a little clearance for easy assembly. Each kit includes 5 stencils for 10 sizes: squares range from ¼"-2". Available for most plasma cutters that have a drag shield attachment. The outside edges act as bonus square cutting guides. Laser cut and etched from 11ga.(1/8") cold rolled steel. The end result is a quick, clean and accurate cut that can be done anywhere. Made in the USA.-Designed for use with a drag shield/nozzle. Check the pictured chart to find your machine or measure your drag shield. Not all machines have a drag shield option.1/4", 3/8", 1/2" sizes are under sized by .060" to make a tight fitting hole for carriage bolts to be held in place.Outside of stencils are 2" larger than indicated for .380" and .430 sizes. The outside of .580" size will be 2 1/4" larger.
