Instructions: 

1. Turn cap counterclockwise to loosen and remove.
2. Warm Application: Fill the bottle with hot tap water until two-thirds full. Cold Application: Fill the bottle with cold tap water or crushed ice until two-thirds full.
3. Release excess air from the bottle.
4. Secure cap back into the water bottle. Turn clockwise until tight.
5. To test for leakage, turn bottle upside and apply firm pressure.
6. For sensitive skin areas, wrap the bottle in a soft cloth or towel.
7. Apply for only 10 to 15 minutes at a time, waiting at least one hour between treatments or as advised by a doctor or healthcare professional.

Care and Storage: Before each use, examine components carefully. The bottle should not be used if there are any signs of wear such as cracks and dryness. After each use, clean bottle with lukewarm tap water. Store bottle in a dry, dark, cool place when not in use.
