Use on steel, galvanized, cast iron, and ductile iron pipes, as well as electrical conduit. It is ideal for inhibiting deterioration of pipe joints and repair fittings. Pipe wrap tape works over a wide temperature range. It repels humidity, alkalis, oils, and common chemicals. 10 mils is the industry standard thickness. Used in a variety of applications to cover and protect. Not intended to repair pipe leaks or damaged pipes.
