A unique blend of organic Virgin Coconut Oil and organic Cultured Ghee made from grass-fed cows. Crafted using a traditional Ayurvedic method, cultured ghee is made by churning fermented cream, resulting in a rich, beneficial fat with the advantages of beneficial bacteria from the fermentation process. 

Coco-Ghee uses organic cultured ghee from grass-fed cows. Administer orally, 2-3x per day with food. Divide dosage into 2-3 servings (see chart below for detailed dose). Add to food or use with baking or cooking.
