DWR armpit zips give this shell welcome ventilation when output climbs, and underarm gussets add even more mobility for hiking, scrambling, and climbing. An adjustable hood is sized to work over a climbing helmet, and the YKK Aquaguard center front zipper helps seal out wet weather. Adjustable cuffs and a hem let wearers fine-tune the fit when conditions turn windy or soaked. Black Diamond also designed it to pack into the right-hand pocket, complete with a carabiner clip loop for fast attachment to a harness or pack.
