Backpacker's Pantry Beef Bolognese

Another classic crowd-pleaser, our Beef Bolognese is an Italian staple remade for the backcountry that the whole family will enjoy. It features delicate pasta, beef, and the traditional vegetable trio of carrots, onion, and celery in a Ragu that will take you straight to the Italian countryside. Note flavors of garlic, red pepper, and oregano.

INGREDIENTS
Instant Pasta (Ground Durum Wheat Semolina, Egg, Water, Salt), Freeze-dried Cooked Beef (Beef, Salt), Tomato Powder, Dried Parmesan Cheese (Cultured Part-skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Disodium Phosphate), Dried Tomato, Dried Carrot, Dehydrated Onion, Red Wine Powder (Maltodextrin, Natural Flavors, Potassium Sorbate), Dehydrated Sweet Cream Solids, Dried Celery, Sea Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Dried Roasted Garlic, Crushed Red Pepper, Oregano, Ground Black Pepper.

PREPARATION & STORAGE
1. Remove and discard oxygen absorber.
2. Add 1 1/2 cups (360mL) of boiling water.
3. Stir well, seal pouch, wait 8 minutes.
4. Stir again, reseal, wait 7 more minutes. Enjoy!
