The Kockney Koi 2" VariFlow De-Mountable Fitting should be used in conjunction with Solvent Weld PVC Pipework. The VariFlow De-Mountable Fittings are ideal for use directly onto the threaded inlet/outlet of pumps when installed dry. The 2" BSP female threaded end will screw directly onto the 2" BSP male threaded inlet/outlet of a suitable pump. The opposite end allows the glue fit connection of 50mm solvent weld pipework. The added bonus of the 2" VariFlow De-Mountable Fitting is that it allows the easy removal of the pump for maintenance or replacement. Simply unscrew demountable centre nut and the fitting separates in half.
Solvent Weld pipe and fittings are strong and durable and will provide a permanent connection when secured with Solvent Cement.
